John Tongier is a trial lawyer and a mediator. Since 2018, John’s practice has been almost exclusively mediation. Early in his career, John’s practice focused on insurance defense, primarily representing doctors, hospitals and nursing homes. He later shifted his practice to representing those individuals and their families who had been seriously injured or killed. With over 40 years of experience litigating injury cases, John has regularly handled claims involving medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents, injuries from products, construction accidents and other serious injury and death cases resulting from accidents.
